Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Services
We take pride in providing high‑quality hairdressing services, including haircuts, coloring, and treatments. As hair services are personalised and performed in the salon, we do not generally offer refunds once the service has been performed.
If you have any concerns about a service you have received, you must notify us within 7 days of the appointment. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer to rectify or adjust the service. This does not affect your statutory rights.
2. Skin Testing
For certain services (such as hair colouring), a mandatory skin test must be performed prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment if a skin test has not been performed as required.
3. Deposits
For larger or expensive services, a non‑refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service.

Cancellations or rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice will have the deposit transferred to a new appointment date.

Missed appointments (no‑shows) or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited unless a valid reason is provided.

In the event of a no‑show or very late cancellation, a service fee of 25% of the service cost may also be charged.
4. No‑Shows and Late Cancellations
We understand that things happen, and we ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you are unable to make your appointment. No‑show appointments or late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the service cost.
5. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non‑refundable and must be used within the stated expiry date.
6. Your Rights
This Refund and Cancellation Policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a service is not performed with reasonable care and skill, you are entitled to a remedy.
